WHO we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Retail Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading marketing programs across retailers for Monitors. Your core responsibilities will include on-time product launches, managing aretail marketing calendar and executing marketing campaigns.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Prepares, executes and tracks product launches acrossretailers for on-time launches.
- Developcreative assets along with cross functional teams for marketing campaignsacross key retailers.
- Maintainsa retailer marketing calendar along with various stake holders.
- Responsiblefor distribution of communications guides, specification sheets and othermaterials to be shared internally and externally.
- Managesinternal stakeholders and agency timelines along with the deliverablesscheduled.
- Effectivemanagement of projects.
- Creativeinsights and feedback that lead to effective campaigns.
- Co-Developsthe in-store shopper experience plan in conjunction with the cross functionalteam.
- DevelopsPOP and graphics materials for retail displays and overseeproduction/distribution.
- Developsand or localizes online branded experience content for cross retailer use.
Required Experience and Education:
- 7-8 years of marketing experience with retailers.
- Bachelor's Degree
- Retail Marketing experience.
Necessary Skills and Attributes:
- Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.
- Process driven.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project prioritiesand drive flawless execution in a quickly changing environment.
Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the contract employee is occasionally required to stand, clean, crawl, kneel, sit, sort, hold, squat, stoop, stand, twist the body, walk, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs or ladders and scaffolding, talk or hear, and lift up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by the job include ability to distinguish the nature of objects by using the eye. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90% ) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.
Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
